25th July 2013, I’ve found an error message “unable to connect” when loaded the localhost. Before these case what I have faced, I have install wampserver
old version and I have not found error or blank page but after I return to Indonesia and to use my laptop for creating a small project with PHP, I have been facing
the wamp server could not loaded a localhost. Oh my God, this is making me crazy.
