Fix error start up boot Windows 7 Home Premium

Today My Windows is crash and could not be run smoothly after I run one program before. I could not be predict this problem come from virus or really error from Windows system. One of them this problem is Windows booting and frozen. One try to fix this case is:

1. Force boot
2. Press F8 to boot from safe mode
3. Choice safe mode
4. Move to msconfig and uncheck file that you suspect "problem". For this case, I uncheck AVG and some program.
5. Booting again and press F8 again
6. Choice "Repair Your Computer"
7. Choice "Startup Repair" and wait
8. Restart again your Windows 7 and after success booting, update your Windows as soon.
